The restaurant is in a great location near hotels and businesses and right on the main street. The restaurant has had a large business in both take-out business and in the air-conditioned restaurant. Especially the delicious lasagna has been popular but the pizzas are doing quite well also. The owner is willing to include all the recipes in the sale!
